The body is a real balancing act. There is a heavy chunk of skull you have to keep in check "don't lose your head" over a frame that has not evolved completely to upright position. This incomplete evolution leads to a several major flaws in body design. The most extreme being the knees and the shoulders. More about the flaws in later posts.
The feet are beautifully designed. 26 bones, 33 joints and over 100 muscles tendons and such. There they are at the bottom of the balancing act working away.
